Looking for better health?

When I was in college I was in GREAT shape.  I ran several hours a day, I was active on the rowing team, I had a black belt in taekwondo, and I worked out at the gym almost daily.  Over the years since I have been married I have gotten in worse and worse shape - I’ve not just gained weight I feel awful much of the time.  For the past several years I’ve watched as friends have tried various dieting programs to lose weight.  There has been only 1 program that has actually impressed me - Isagenix.

*If you are wondering about my educational background, while in college I was a pre-med student with 3 different majors - Biology, Chemistry, and Exercise Science: Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation.  I earned the Outstanding Senior Award for each major for being the senior with the highest GPA in each of those majors, and I earned a ton of other honors and awards as well.  I ultimately graduated without completing the Biology and Chemistry majors (I did complete the Exercise Science major graduating with high honors) because my husband (then fiancé) and I were eager to get married and start our lives together.  Since he was in the military and lived in another state I needed to hurry up and finish college, so dropping the Biology and Chemistry majors was the best option.  And since there was no medical school anywhere near where my husband was stationed that wasn't really an option either.  I often wished I could have continued on with my medical education as I had planned, but I also feel God's plans for my life have been way better than my own!  When I was a pre-med student I never could have imagined I would become a mom to so many wonderful kids, and I'm very thankful to be a full-time mom to them all!
