Do not be afraid, for I am with you; I will bring your children from the east and gather you from the west. I will say to the north, "Give them up!" and to the south, 'Do not hold them back." Bring my sons from afar and my daughters from the ends of the earth. - Isaiah 43:5-6

Family Pictures
Among all the other tons of paperwork needed for the homestudy for our China adoption are some family snapshots, which really isn't as easy as it should be since that means that not only do I have to be in the picture (I'm usually behind the camera) but also that all the kids have to be cooperating. However, over the weekend I managed to get everyone together and use my camera's remote control to finally get some pictures of us in our backyard.
This next picture was one from two years ago we used for the homestudy and dossier for Malachi's adoption. Anyone care to guess what our family will look like two years from now or how it will be growing then? :) I already have more names picked out!

I hope this is not a no no since she is a teen and all but ... your daughter really looks like you in pictures. The two of you seem to carry yourself the same way. I am sure baby sister from China will be a wonderful fit when she arrives! We enjoy your blog!
